hello! this is where i'm gonna talk about my actual self a little. im a gay/trans guy living in the philly area, i went to school for animation but right now my creative interests lie more in comics and visual novels. i'm into all the standard nerd shit: manga/anime/games/sci-fi novels/etc., but i have kind of specific tastes and i also tend to get to popular or "trending" works at my own pace, so don't expect me to be talking about the latest thing.

i love looking at insane people online, unearthing old AMVs, and smoking freakin' weed dude. i can be kind of sardonic/blunt and don't take well to forced/fake positivity which can rub some people the wrong way, but i assure you if you're normal i'm gonna be normal back. honestly i can be pretty shy, so if you talk to me i might be a little less verbose in the beginning lol.

i am nebulously leftist. i guess you could say i'm a communist in as much as i've read the communist manifesto and agreed with pretty much of all it and i'm very pro-labor. i think anyone who's worked a shitty job and gotten fucked over and understands the power imbalance knows enough to call themselves a communist without necessarily having read all of the literature. i'm also pro-palestine, pro-sex work, and pro-BLM (is that how you would write that?). i'm not interested in debating about any of it or about any "discourse" that doesn't materially affect people's lives. go outside!

i love yaoi. it's funny to me that enjoying yaoi is a point of contention for some people because i'm a product of the fujo to gay guy pipeline. yaoi is a nest and there's eggs warming in there! some of my OTPs are soriku, caejo, charma and chamuro, zakkura, narumitsu, ryokira, and leopika. also because i am a gay/trans you might be seeing some of the "friend word" thrown around. i can say it.
